1. Normal starting speed, good cylinder compression, but no fire, and no smoke.

The main reason is that the low-pressure oil circuit does not supply oil. At this time, inspections are mainly carried out along the fuel tank, fuel pipes, diesel filters, fuel pumps, and fuel injection pumps. Generally, the faulty parts can be found. Poor diesel engine filtration or irregular cleaning of filters are the main causes of low-pressure oil circuit and filter blockage. When determining whether the oil or filter is blocked, the oil pipe of the filter through the spray pump can be removed. If there is a large amount of oil in the tank and there is little or no oil flowing out of the filter, it indicates that the filter is blocked. If the fuel supply in the low-pressure oil circuit is good, the main reason for the high pressure lack of oil in the diesel engine is the wear or improper assembly of the fuel injection pump plunger components.

2. It operates normally and can hear oil stains, but cannot be started.

The main reason for this situation is the difference in cylinder pressure. A type of 2105 diesel engine equipped with a pressure reducing mechanism, if the pressure reducing machine is in a non pressure reducing state, it can still be easily turned by hand with a handle, and it feels that there is not much resistance, so it can be judged that the cylinder body is leaking. After the exhaust valve leaks, the compression temperature and pressure of the cylinder block are not high, making it difficult for diesel to burn. The main reasons for this leakage are: firstly, the valve clearance is too small, which makes the valve not close tightly; Another type is the valve sealing cone surface, or there may be debris such as carbon deposits on the valve seal. When checking, the crankshaft can be shaken. If you hear a squeaking sound from the air filter and exhaust pipe, it indicates that there is air leakage at the intake port. When rotating the crankshaft, if there is a sound of air leakage on the joint surface between the cylinder head and the body, it indicates that there is air leakage at the position of the cylinder gasket. The cylinder head nut may not be tightened or loose, and it may also damage the cylinder gasket. When rotating the crankshaft, there is a sound of air leakage inside the frame and at the oil filling port, mostly caused by piston rings. To find out if there are any defects and if the piston rings are insufficient, an appropriate amount of clean lubricant should be added to the cylinder block. If the engine oil is added to the cylinder block, the cylinder pressure significantly increases, indicating that the piston rings are worn too much, causing the clearance between the piston rings and the cylinder liner to be too large, and air leaks into the crankcase between the piston rings and the cylinder liner. If the pressure value does not change significantly after adding lubricating oil, it indicates that the insufficient compression force in the cylinder is not related to the piston ring, and it may be due to air leakage through the inlet or exhaust valve.

3. Abnormal diesel engine emissions.

The main reasons for exhaust black smoke are:

a. Diesel engine has excessive load and low speed; Low oil content and incomplete combustion;

b. Excessive valve clearance;

c. Low cylinder pressure leads to improper installation of timing gears, resulting in insufficient intake and delayed fuel injection; Reduce compression temperature, poor combustion;

d. Air filter clogged;

e. Each cylinder does not work or runs poorly;

f. Diesel engine has low temperature and low combustion rate;

g. Advance fuel injection time;

h. The fuel supply of each cylinder in the diesel engine is uneven or there is gas in the oil circuit; The fuel injector cannot atomize or drip oil.
