When adding hydrogen to the generator and discharging pollutants, attention should be paid to the following issues:

(1) Before discharging hydrogen, it is necessary to make contact and explain the content of the operation.

(2) Before opening the valve, it is necessary to accurately check the valve number to prevent accidental operation.

(3) The hydrogen replenishment or discharge valve should be opened slowly, and it is prohibited to use iron handles to open the valve to avoid sparks.

(4) The purity of fresh hydrogen added to the aircraft shall not be lower than 99.5%, the content of oxygen and other gases shall not exceed 0.5%, and the absolute humidity of hydrogen shall not exceed 5 grams per cubic meter.

(5) When replenishing or discharging hydrogen, attention should be paid to the allowable pressure range, and changes in hydrogen pressure and sealing oil pressure should be noted to prevent excessive or insufficient pressure from affecting the safe operation of the unit.

(6) The discharged gas should be discharged outside the factory according to the specified pipeline, and should not be discharged indoors.

(7) After hydrogen refueling and sewage discharge are completed, it is necessary to check that the valve is closed normally and that the pressure gauges on the upper and lower parts of the unit indicate consistency. And notify relevant personnel to complete hydrogen refueling and pollution discharge.

(8) After the discharge is completed, chemical laboratory personnel should be contacted in a timely manner for sampling and testing until the hydrogen parameters of the generator are qualified.
