2、 Diesel generator governor output shaft vibration (frequency modulation vibration)

1. Governor drive is unstable, such as worn drive shaft splines

2. Hammer elastic driving mechanism malfunction

3. The speed regulator is not tightened evenly on the bracket

3、 The diesel engine is unable to reach full speed and load mainly due to the stuck speed control lever system, improper matching of the scale between the output shaft of the speed controller and the throttle of the fuel injection pump (which can also cause the starting speed to be too fast or unable to stop).

4、 When starting a diesel engine, the rack of the high-pressure oil pump cannot be immediately opened.
