4. Slowly pour the solution into the pipe through the filter cap or a branch, and then it will boil into foam. After the chemical reaction stops, fill the radiator with the already heated solution.

5. Leave the solution in the system for a few minutes, then place the solution back into its original container through the bottom pipe or drain.

6. Check the inside of the water tank. If there is still scale, repeat the above steps to increase the acid solubility to 8%.

7. After descaling, the following steps should be taken to neutralize the acid solution: fill the container with clean water, heat it to boiling point, add daily soda crystals, and use the following ratio: 500g of soda mixed with 20 liters of water (4 gallons of water per pound). Pour this solution into the radiator and let it flow back into the original container.

8. Rinse the radiator several times using the above method, and finally stop it in the radiator for at least one hour after filling it up. After emptying, rinse with hot water.

9. Before reinstalling and using the radiator, use twice the normal working pressure of water to test for leaks. Sometimes, leaks may occur due to the removal of scale.

10. Before resuming operation, the coolant should be added with necessary anti-corrosion agents and an appropriate amount of condensate. If due to environmental factors, there is no other choice but to use the hard water irrigation method for a period of time, or if the rust remover is useless after the power generation has been running for a period of time, the system may be blocked by scale.
