2. In daily maintenance and upkeep, the fuel filter and oil-water separator should be replaced regularly.

3. Do not add fuel that does not meet national standards, as the overall level of domestic oil products is not high, with high water content and impurities. Users should regularly discharge the oil-water separator.

4. All fuel system pipelines should be properly stored during disassembly and assembly to avoid getting dirty. When the diesel engine is running, it is strictly prohibited to disassemble the high-pressure oil pipe. Therefore, the oil pressure inside the high-pressure oil pipe is very high. Therefore, it is necessary to stop and let it stand for more than 15 minutes before removing the oil pipe to ensure safety.

5. During the running in period and later maintenance, it is necessary to use the electronic control diesel engine (III) special diesel filter approved by the diesel engine manufacturer, otherwise it may cause damage to the high-pressure pump, injector, and common rail pipe.

6. Diesel filter replacement cycle: replace the filter every 15000km or 300h of cumulative operation.

The method of replacing the filter element is to use a special tool to remove it from the diesel filter bracket, and apply force evenly to avoid compression deformation; Check if the sealing ring of the new filter element is intact. It is prohibited to directly inject unfiltered diesel into the new filter. After replacing the oil and filter element, empty the hand oil pump according to the instructions in the user manual.

7. Install or maintain the oil-water separator on time. Electronic controlled diesel engines have high requirements for fuel quality, and attention must be paid to cleaning the oil circuit. If necessary, an oil-water separator can be added.
