3、 Responsibilities

1. The supervisor of the engineering department is responsible for inspecting the implementation of operational management work for diesel generators.

2. The leader of the Mechanical and Electrical Department is responsible for organizing and implementing the operation and management of diesel generators.

3. The on duty mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel are specifically responsible for the operation and management of diesel generators.

4、 Key points of the program

1. Patrol monitoring

(1) The on duty mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel should closely monitor the operation of the generator and make records every hour. The inspection areas include: diesel generator, cooling water tank, smoke exhaust system, return air system, control cabinet (box), oil storage tank, battery, and noise reduction system.

(2) The inspection and monitoring content is as follows:

① Is there any abnormal sound or large vibration;

② Whether there is any abnormal odor;

③ Is the smoke exhaust color normal, and is there any oil or diesel leakage or water leakage;

④ Is the oil pressure and cooling water temperature normal;

⑤ Is the frequency deviation significant;

⑥ Is the three-phase and single-phase voltage normal, and is there any overload phenomenon in the three-phase current;

⑦ Whether the indications of each signal light are normal;

⑧ Check the condition of the battery (temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, use a semiconductor thermometer);

⑨ Whether the return air is smooth;

⑩ Whether there is any looseness in the fasteners; Diesel tank oil level; Whether the noise reduction effect is ideal; The standby diesel generator should be put into trial operation for half an hour every two weeks.

(3) For abnormal situations discovered during inspections, the on duty mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel should take timely measures to solve them. 2. Handling of abnormal situations in diesel generators

(1) The position of diesel generator "flying": When the diesel generator experiences "flying" phenomenon, the on duty mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel need to take measures calmly, calmly, and quickly and decisively:

① Cut off the oil circuit: Turn the throttle switch to the stop position. If the diesel engine cannot stop, the oil pump inlet pipe or high-pressure oil pipe can be removed;

② Cut off the air path: Wrap the air filter directly with cotton clothes or other items, or remove the air filter and directly plug the air inlet with cotton clothes or other items (when cutting off the air path, be sure to pay attention to safety);

③ It is absolutely prohibited to reduce or remove the load;

(3) Disposal in case of water immersion in diesel generator room:

① Turn off the diesel generators running in the computer room according to the situation of water ingress;

② Block the leaking water source;

③ If there is a significant water leakage, the supervisor of the mechanical and electrical department should be notified immediately, and efforts should be made to prevent water from entering;

④ After the leak source is blocked, it should be drained immediately;

⑤ After draining the water, the wet water equipment and facilities should be immediately dehumidified. Such as wiping with a dry and clean cloth, drying with hot air, natural ventilation, and replacing relevant pipelines;

⑥ After confirming that the wet water has been eliminated and all insulation resistances meet the requirements, start the machine for trial operation; If there are no abnormal situations, it can be put into normal operation.

3. The on duty mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel should turn on and off the diesel generator on time. For manually operated diesel generators, the diesel generator should be started and powered on within 15 minutes when the "mains power" is shut down; When using mains power, the diesel generator should be turned off within 20 minutes.

4. For diesel generators, the on duty mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel should adjust the throttle size appropriately according to the changes in their load, so that their power can be fully utilized.

5. Management of diesel generator room

(1) Non duty personnel are not allowed to enter the computer room. If they need to enter, they must obtain the consent of the supervisor of the mechanical and electrical department, and can only enter the computer room with the accompaniment of the duty personnel.

(2) Flammable, explosive, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited from being stored in the computer room. Firefighting equipment should be prepared in the computer room and placed in a convenient and conspicuous location. Smoking is prohibited in the computer room.

(3) Clean the computer room once a week to ensure that the floor, walls, ceiling, doors and windows, equipment and facilities are free of dust, rust, oil stains, and dirt, and the paint is intact, clean, and bright.

(4) The computer room should have good ventilation, sufficient lighting, and flexible opening of doors and windows.

(5) The computer room should be locked at all times, and the keys should be kept by the on duty mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel. Mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel are not allowed to provide keys without authorization.

6. Shift handover requirements

(1) The successor should take over on time.

(2) The successor should carefully listen to the instructions of the handover personnel, check the "Diesel Generator Operation Diary", check whether the tools and items are complete, and sign on the "Diesel Generator Operation Diary" form after confirming that there are no errors.

(3) Shift handover is not allowed under any of the following circumstances:

① The operation status of the previous shift was not clearly explained;

② Records are not standardized, complete, or clear;

③ The computer room is not clean;

④ The successor is not on duty;

⑤ In the event of an accident being handled or a malfunction occurring during shift handover, the person in charge of the handover should continue to handle it, with the assistance of the successor.

7. The on duty mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel should record the operation of the diesel generator in a standardized, detailed, and clear manner in the "Diesel Generator Operation Diary", and before the 3rd of each month, the diesel generator mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel should compile the previous month's records into a book and submit it to the mechanical and electrical department for archiving, with a retention period of two years.
