1 Basic requirements
1.1 Implement a duty system, and the person in charge shall conduct regular daily inspections of the computer room and unit equipment.
1.2 Conduct a no-load trial run at least twice a week, for 10 minutes each time, and check the battery level, wiring terminals, and peripheral equipment operation. Fill out a trial run record form.
At least 1 ton of fuel should be stored in the fuel tank, and if there is insufficient reserve, the warehouse should be notified immediately for procurement.
When the generator is running under load, the operating data should be recorded every hour.
1.5 On duty employees clean the generator room once a day, and clean the surface dust of the unit and peripheral equipment.
1.6 Maintain good ventilation and lighting facilities in the computer room.
Starting of 2 diesel generators
2.1 Check for any debris that may hinder the operation of the machine and its surroundings.
2.2 Check the oil level in the crankcase, fuel tank, and radiator.
2.3 Check if the fuel supply valve and cooling water shut-off valve are in the open position.
2.4 Check if the voltage of the battery pack for starting the electric vehicle is normal.
2.5 Check the test button of the distribution screen and observe whether each alarm indicator light is connected and on.
2.6 Check whether all switches on the distribution panel are in the open position and whether the indications of each instrument are in the zero position.
2.7 Start the exhaust fan.
2.8 Press the engine start button to start and run.
3 parallel power supply
3.1 The oil temperature, water temperature, and oil pressure of the parallel generator have reached normal values and are operating normally.
The output voltage and frequency values of the 3.2 parallel generator are consistent with the values on the busbar.
3.3 Turn the synchronizer handle of the generator to be paralleled to the "closed" position.
3.4 Observe the indicator lights and pointers of the synchronization indicator.
3.5 Observe the indicator light of the synchronous indicator. When it is completely off or the pointer rotates to the zero position, the parallel electric closing switch can be turned on.
3.6 The unit enters parallel operation and then turns its synchronizer handle back to the "off" position.
3.7 If the synchronizer pointer rotates too fast or counterclockwise after the synchronizer is closed, parallel operation is not allowed, otherwise it will cause the closing to fail.
4. Operation Safety Management
4.1 Check all indicator instruments according to the prescribed time, pay attention to the pressure of lubricating oil and whether there is any change in water temperature. The pressure of lubricating oil shall not be lower than 150kPa, and the temperature of cooling water shall not exceed 95 ℃.
4.2 Check the oil level in the crankcase, fuel tank, and radiator. If it is below the normal position, it should be replenished.
4.3 Regularly observe whether all instruments and alarm indicator lights on the distribution panel are normal.
4.4 Check if the charger is charging properly.
4.5 Listen to the operating sounds of various parts of the machine to see if they are normal.
4.6 Check if the temperature of the shell of the hand mold body, bearing parts, oil pipes, and water pipes is normal.
4.7 If any adverse situations are found, they should be promptly addressed and resolved; Severe cases should be stopped for processing.
4.8 To prevent the generator from sending power back to the transformer, the power switch of the generator output line is electrically interlocked with the power switch of the mains power supply. Only after the power switch of the mains is fully opened, can the power switch of the generator be closed. When the generator is supplying power, the main and backup power supply switches should exit the operating state, and warning signs "strictly prohibit closing" should be hung separately.
4.9 The power supply of the mains can only be restored after the power receiving switch of the generator output line is opened, and the power receiving switch of the mains can be closed. At this time, after stopping the generator, the power switch of the generator should be removed from the operating state first, and a warning sign "strictly prohibit closing" should be hung; Then place the main and backup power supply switches in the ready to operate state, and close the power supply switch of one of the power sources to power on.
5 Parking
5.1 The output feed switch of the main control screen is opened and disconnected from the power grid.
Stop the generator after running at no load for 10 minutes.
5.3 Stop the fans, cooling water pumps, etc. in the computer room.
6 Maintenance Regulations for Diesel Generators
6.1 The generator set and control panel shall be maintained by electricians and dedicated maintenance workers, and suggestions for major and medium repairs shall be made according to the operating conditions.
6.2 The full-time maintenance worker shall carry out generator maintenance according to the requirements of generator maintenance, and make detailed records of the work process and the number of replaced parts, and fill out the generator test run/operation record form.
6.3 The inspection content is as follows:
6.3.1 Lubrication system: Check the liquid level and oil leakage; Replace the engine oil and oil filter.
6.3.2 Cooling system: Check the radiator, throat, and connectors; Water level, belt tension, and water pump, etc.
6.3.3 Air inlet system: Check the air filter, pipe position, and connectors; Replace the air filter.
6.3.4 Fuel system: Check the fuel level, speed limiter, oil pipes and connectors, and fuel pump. Drain the liquid (sediment or water from the fuel cylinder and oil-water separator) and replace the diesel filter.
6.3.5 Exhaust system: Check for exhaust blockages and leaks; Discharge carbon and accumulated water from the muffler.
6.3.6 Charging system: Check the battery charger, battery electrolyte level, density (checked once a month), instruments, main switch, wiring conduit, and indicator lights.
6.3.7 Generator part: Check the blockage of the air inlet, wiring terminals, insulation, vibration, and whether all components are normal.
6.3.8 Automatic control device: Check whether the automatic device for simulating power supply and power outage and starting the oil engine is normal.
6.3.9 Depending on the actual situation, replace the engine oil, various oil separators, and air separators.
6.3.10 Clean the unit and clean the periphery of the cooler every month. After completing the above work inspections, start the unit for 15 minutes (or run with load).
6.3.11 Clean and inspect the control screen once a month, and carry out maintenance work.
