The water cooling system of the engine is a forced circulation water cooling system, which uses a water pump to increase the pressure of the coolant and force the coolant to circulate in the engine. This system includes a water pump, radiator, cooling fan, thermostat, water jacket in the engine block and cylinder head, and other additional devices.

The forced circulation water cooling system uses a water pump to pressurize the coolant of the system, causing it to flow in the water jacket. The cooling water absorbs heat from the cylinder wall, raises the temperature, and hot water flows upwards into the cylinder head, then flows out of the cylinder head and into the radiator. Due to the strong blowing effect of the fan, air flows rapidly through the radiator from front to back, continuously taking away the heat of the water flowing through the radiator. The cooled water is pumped back into the water jacket from the bottom of the radiator by a water pump. Water circulates continuously in the cooling system. The function of a fan is to blow out air when the fan rotates, allowing it to pass through the radiator to enhance its heat dissipation capacity and accelerate the cooling speed of the coolant.

The radiator core is the core part of the radiator, playing a major role in heat dissipation. The radiator core is composed of heat dissipation pipes, heat dissipation fins (or heat dissipation bands), upper and lower main fins, etc. Due to its sufficient heat dissipation area, it can ensure that the necessary heat is dissipated from the engine into the surrounding atmosphere. Moreover, the radiator core is made of extremely thin metal and its alloys with good thermal conductivity, which can achieve the highest heat dissipation effect with the smallest mass and size. There are various types of structures for radiator cores, such as tube sheet type, tube strip type, and so on.
