If stored for a long time, the physical and chemical properties of the oil will change, causing the lubrication condition of the unit to deteriorate during operation, which can easily cause damage to the unit components. Therefore, the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.

Cooling system

If the water pump, water tank, and water delivery pipeline are not cleaned for a long time, resulting in poor water circulation, decreased cooling effect, good water pipe joints, water tank and waterway leaks, etc. If there is a malfunction in the cooling system, the consequences include: firstly, poor cooling effect leading to high water temperature inside the unit and shutdown, which is the most common occurrence in the Wilson unit; Secondly, if the water tank leaks and causes the water level inside the tank to drop, the unit will also be unable to function properly (to prevent water pipes from freezing during winter use of the generator, it is best to install a water heater in the cooling system).

Fuel and gas distribution system

As the deposition amount increases, the injection amount of the fuel injector will be affected to a certain extent, resulting in inaccurate ignition timing of the fuel injector, uneven fuel injection in each cylinder of the engine, and unstable working conditions. Fault in the starting battery of the unit
