1. For units that have been shut down for more than 24 hours, the trial valve must be opened first and the oil pump must be started. For units that have been shut down for more than 7 days, the insulation resistance of the excitation machine and operating circuit should be measured to meet the requirements;

2. Start the fuel pump, release the air from the pipeline, and observe if the voltage is within the specified range. If it is normal, it can be officially started;

3. Check if the voltage of the starting power supply meets the requirements. If the voltage is normal, press the start button and wait for the diesel engine to run normally before releasing it;

4. After the diesel engine is running, observe the indicated value on the oil pressure gauge. When it rises above the specified value, stop the oil pump and close the drain valve of the scavenging pump. Thread in the front clutch screws;

5. After the generator is started, it is considered that the generator and all electrical equipment have been charged, and the human body must not come into contact with the charged parts;

6. After starting the generator, the speed of the diesel engine should be gradually increased and a pre power inspection should be carried out;

7. Gradually adjust the speed of the diesel engine, but pay attention to observing whether the generator is running normally during the adjustment. Under normal circumstances, the brushes on the collector ring and commutator should have no jumping, sparks, or abnormal noises;

8. Adjust the voltage and frequency output of the generator, and the voltage value should be stable and reach 380v+-10v, and the frequency should reach 50Hz+-0.5Hz.
