After establishing pressure and idling for a period of time, the controller will automatically increase the speed and stabilize the speed. After rated operation for a period of time, the controller will issue a switching command to control the user's own ATS switch to send electrical energy to the energy storage equipment. After the mains power is restored to normal, the unit enters the automatic shutdown program, completes the shutdown process, and puts the unit in a quasi start state.

Pure manual operation process: Turn on the key switch, place the "manual/automatic" switch in the "manual" position, place the "high/low speed" switch in the low speed position, start the diesel generator set with the key, idle for a period of time after starting the set, and then place the "high/low speed" switch in the high speed position. At this time, the set will automatically increase and decrease speed.

After the voltage and frequency of the diesel generator set are normal, turn the key on the user provided ATS switch to the switching position, and use the manual handle to switch the ATS to the power generation side. At this time, the electricity generated by the diesel generator set can be sent to the power storage equipment.

To stop the machine, first place the "high/low speed" switch in the low speed position, idle for a period of time, and then press the "emergency stop" button to complete the shutdown operation. After the unit stops, turn the emergency stop button back to its original position and press the red button on the controller to eliminate the alarm signal. Then, turn the key on the ATS to move it to its position. After the mains power is restored, the user's own ATS will automatically return to the mains power supply state.

Attention: When the user's own ATS is manually switched, it is necessary to manually switch after the unit generates electricity normally. It is prohibited to forcibly switch the switch when there is no power, to avoid damage caused by manual switching when the switch is in a self-locking state. When the unit is in pure manual mode, attention should be paid to observing the oil pressure and water temperature of the unit working within the specified range at all times. If the user provides ATS wiring terminals 202, 203, and 205 as ATS control interfaces, which correspond to the user's own ATS wiring terminals, when using this wiring port, please pay attention to removing the short wires 201 and 206 on the ATS.
