1. Blocked or damaged radiator fins

The cooling fan is not working or the cooling fins are blocked, causing the coolant temperature to not drop, the cooling fins to rust, resulting in leakage and poor circulation.

2. Thermostat malfunction

The engine combustion chamber is equipped with a thermostat to control the temperature of the engine combustion chamber. The thermostat must be fully opened at the specified temperature (82 degrees) to facilitate small circulation. If there is no thermostat, the coolant cannot maintain the circulating temperature and may generate a low temperature alarm.

3. The coolant level of the generator set is too low or does not comply with regulations

Low liquid level can directly cause an increase in coolant temperature, causing the coolant to not circulate. According to regulations, the coolant is 50% antifreeze and 50% softened water. If it does not comply with regulations, it will cause pipeline blockage, rust on the pipe wall, and prevent the coolant from circulating normally.

4. Water pump malfunction

Check if the water pump is functioning properly. If the wear of the water pump transmission gear shaft exceeds the limit, it indicates that the water pump is no longer functioning and needs to be replaced before it can circulate normally.

5. Exhaust system malfunction

There is air mixed in the cooling system of the generator set, causing blockages in the pipelines, and damage to the suction and exhaust valves on the expansion water tank, which directly affects the circulation.
