The Women and Children's Hospital affiliated with Guangzhou Medical University is located in the central Changlingju area of Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, south of Yongshun Avenue and east of Nangang River. The northwest side of the plot is adjacent to the planned subway line 21 Changping Station. The total planned land area is 69410 square meters. The first phase of the project is located on the south side of the plot, with approximately 57000 square meters reserved, and 12410 square meters reserved on the north side for the development of the second phase. The Guangzhou Medical Women and Children's Hospital will be operated by the Guangzhou Medical Third Hospital, which has a century of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. Its positioning is to become a leading domestic institution with an international perspective, with a focus on gynecology, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, prenatal diagnosis, assisted reproduction, and stem cell research and application. It will integrate high-end technology and advanced management from world-class obstetrics and gynecology medical institutions, integrating medical treatment, scientific research, teaching A high-level tertiary Grade A hospital that integrates prevention and health care, undertaking public medical and health services at both urban and rural levels, with business coverage in the eastern region of Guangzhou. After being put into use, it can achieve an annual capacity of 550000 outpatient and women's and children's health services (with an average daily outpatient and emergency volume of about 1500), and an annual hospitalization service capacity of 30000.
