The first phase of the Dongxihui project has a land area of 84000 square meters and a building area of approximately 370000 square meters. The total investment of the first phase of the project is nearly 4.2 billion yuan, and it will be built into a large urban complex that includes cultural and creative exhibitions, tourism and commerce, youth innovation bases, star rated hotels, theaters, etc.

Dongxihui (Hengqin) Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 in Hengqin Free Trade Zone, China. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Macau Dongxihui Investment Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 608 million yuan. It is one of the first 33 key cooperation projects recommended by the Macau SAR government to settle in the Guangdong Macao Cooperation Industrial Park in Hengqin Free Trade Zone. It is an experimental project to explore innovative models of Guangdong Macao cooperation and promote moderate diversified development of Macau's economy. The company's main business covers industrial investment, asset management, urban complex development and operation, cultural and creative industries, cultural and entertainment, and theme park construction.

In 2021, the first phase of the Dongxihui project will be newly built, and our company will purchase two 1250KW Japanese Mitsubishi power generators and two environmental noise reduction projects for the generator room.
