12. After all the power engineering of the city power is normal, the isolation switches of all the generator units of the city power transmission are operated by the automatic control system to partially open the gate. The generator units enter the no-load cooling idle state, and the cooling time ends. All the generator units stop running and the fully automatic standby state is restored.
